By submitting this application, you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility:
   Participants must be aged between 15 and 25 at the time of application. Both individuals and teams (up to 5 members) are eligible to participate.

2. Original Work:
   All ideas and projects submitted during the hackathon must be your team’s original work. Plagiarism or unauthorized use of external work will lead to disqualification.

3. Team Participation:
   Teams must be made up of no more than five members. All team members must be registered and meet the eligibility criteria.

4. Code of Conduct:
   Participants must conduct themselves respectfully and professionally. Any form of discrimination, harassment, or misconduct will not be tolerated.

5. Use of Submitted Ideas:
   Tech Hub Africa reserves the right to showcase submitted projects for promotional or educational purposes with proper credit to the creators.

6. Parental Consent:
   Applicants under the age of 18 must obtain permission from a parent or guardian to participate.

7. Data Privacy:
   Personal information collected through this form will be used solely for the purpose of organizing the Hackathon and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
